Chandigarh July 24:- The District Magistrate, Mr.R.K.Rao has directed all
the Landlords/tenants/owners or Managers of Commercial establishment/
paying guest keepers to inform the concerned S.H.O. in writing about the
particulars of their tenants & paying guests.
The District Magistrate Office has apprehended and noticed that tenancy
and paying guest arrangements are being abused by some anti-social
elements, who can hide themselves in the city and can cause breach of
peace and disturbance of public tranquility.
The District Magistrate has issued these orders under Section 144
Criminal Procedure Code. These orders will be effective till September,
22.
